About me

My name is Polina, and I help students and young professionals achieve their career goals, land their dream jobs, and get into the world’s top business schools.

My journey began with a bachelor’s degree from GSOM SPbU, followed by a master’s degree at HSE University, and now I’m studying at one of the world’s top business schools — ESADE in Spain.

My professional experience includes companies like Mars, Ernst & Young, and Accenture. I’ve personally gone through dozens of selection processes and interviews, so I understand the requirements from the inside and know what it takes to succeed at every stage. For over 3 years, I’ve been working in consulting, managing large-scale projects across various industries. This has given me a unique perspective on both career and educational opportunities.
